No privacy. 3 beds in one room. I had a little mascara left on my lashes and had to use hand soap and paper towels to get it off because they didn’t have anything to help get it off.

I was charged an additional $15 after the lash extensions were put on. I emailed the company, but they never replied. I contacted Groupon and the representative said the technician (Rachel D.) shouldn't have charged me any additional fees because it's NOT in their fine print. A representative from Groupon has contacted the owner, Bruce O. I don't recommend this place due to their lack of honesty.

Developed eye infection a day after getting put on. Dr. said it could have been due to the cleanliness of tools used. Was put on eye drops until it cleared up. I was refunded my money. Also tax and tip not included. I paid 80.00 for groupon then another 15.00 for tax (???) the another 10.00 for tip. No refund on that.
