I have been going here for many years. Although I am sad when my student graduates because I won't see them again, I am always pleasantly surprised with how kind and enjoyable all the students are. I also enjoy interacting with the instructors.

Do not go in expecting professional results. Some students may be better than others and depending on what service they're doing this might be an ok option for the price. Wish I had gone to a real salon, I'll have to pay over $100 to fix what was done to my hair color here

Worst customer service experience ever. Lady who is "running" the place and teaching students is not teaching basic etiquette in salon service. Real life salons don't have the customer leave mid-service so you can eat lunch, then come back to get their groupon paid services finished. Very rude...and they jacked up the price an extra $80 for highlights (on top of the groupon) with NO prior notice.
