they stated they opened at 11 a.m. no one answered the phone for an hour for take out order when I went to pick up and pay the had no $1 bills for change they just opened really the parking lot and yard looks terrible pot holes the building is for sale or lease it made me feel like they would not be around too much longer the food was good no complaints there but terrible business and service
The fried calamari appetizer was overly fried, in fact, it was inedible. I will never go there again.
Great food! I prefer the take out option, it's faster.
I have had beef pad thai numerous times including at Phucket Thai. This was the first time there was whole peanuts instead of crushed... quality has gone way down. Won't eat here again.
called and called during supposed working hours for takeout and only recording ... no return calls ..restaurant closing so lots of issues ... food mediocre ... service terrible
Poor service wait was too long for food tried to order take out over the phone but no one answered had to drive there and wait 40 minutes for tKe out. You should anticipate groupon users when you sell over 1000
I think our waitress got sidetracked and started waiting on table in entirely different area.
One appetizer came long after our entree, which we took as carry out. Otherwise food is fresh and good and service is friendly.
Pulled into restaurant where the first thing that you see is the Realty For Sale Sign. We arrived just as Palmer's Food Service truck was making a delivery. The taste of the food was ok, not outstanding. The shrimp did not have a very fresh taste in the Pineapple Shrimp Curry, also there was no balance in flavor in this dish. The chicken in the Pad Thai tasted as though it had been pre-cooked. The interior was pleasant and seating was comfortable.
