9Round offers kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The program consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer. A fast and effective 30 minute workout, with a motivating trainer always included. The workouts are modifiable, both a kung fu master or just a beginner, they work with all skill levels. No specific class times, clients can come on their own schedule.
