Unfortunately, the activity did not match the description provided during booking. The setup and conditions raised safety concerns, and it did not feel safe for visitors.Disappointing experience.

Although the staff did nothing inherently wrong, it was sold as a 90 minute experience and it was 60, we were told it was private and my family was put with 9 grown men who were drinking and smoking weed prior to coming inside (I saw it in the parking lot), the rage room next door was loud and disruptive, and the host kept asking if we wanted to play the game when the games were what we paid for. For example, asking if we wanted to play bingo as if we didn’t, we would have been done earlier? I think if you rent out the entire room, it’s unique and fun. But not worth paying full price ever. Seems like the made the experience on Canva to be honest and they could put more effort into it. I would never do it again.
