The service itself is what gets the stars. I wasn’t happy w/the fact that they push “medical spa”&want you to have a consultation w/both a sales person&a drthat has nothing to w/the service I bought. Then,because of communication issues the sales person has to relay info to the technician about your questions. Additionally, there are only set facials, no actual individual recommendations
