Louise did a great job with my massage, but it was only 40-45 minutes and not a whole hour. Then afterwards they tried to sell me on a membership deal, which I understand is their job, but the front desk person was very obviously annoyed when I declined. It just left me with a bad taste for the place. Louise was great though.

Hernan was the therapist I've been looking for for many years. Unfortunately there is a great distance between us but plan on seeing him again when opportunity arrises.

I have never had a facial where I laid on the table for 15 minutes waiting for my mask to dry. Usually there is some neck, head, or shoulder massage when they are waiting for the mask to dry, but in this case it was completely no interaction for 15 minutes between the esthetitian and I.

It was NOT a nice experience. I paid a discounted price b/c I bought it through Groupon, but it’s not even worth the amount I paid at discounted price. I asked for DEEP tissue massage, but I got the lightest massage ever. I am used to getting a massage one a month, but I needed it that same day and could not get an appointment at my massage place, so, I tried this place. Will NEVER go back.
