As a first timer it was hard time finding the location. They call several times while I was driving & left snappy voicemails . Instead of helping, reception scolds me for being 12min late. The tone was v. uncomfortable & the facial was only 20 min.The worst part was that the skin tech got tea tree oil/ointment in my eye. The swelling set in deep within 1 hour. Plz be careful ladies!

I purchased two oxygen facials. I’ve gotten O2 facials before. The oxygen was basically just sprayed over the face but they only do it for a few minutes & half the time the nozzle wasn’t aimed at my face and I could feel the air just go somewhere else. They are also pushy with purchasing other treatment while you’re laying there. Not very relaxing.

Sarah, This is such a false review of our treatment. Our oxygen treatment is at least 40 minutes. So, you’re telling us your treatment was only “few minutes and half”? So un-truthful! And if the oxygen didn’t go to your face then where did it go? Our mission here is to make sure every client is happy and satisfied with our services.
