At SIX Workout, expect to diversify the way you workout by circuit training through SIX stations! Our certified trainers will work your full body in 50 minutes! Our heart rate based, high-intensity workouts paired with high-energy music will take you on an addicting fitness journey that will challenge you, no matter what your current fitness level is. The afterburn effect will have you burning calories for up to 15 hours after your class and the positive energy you take away with you will last beyond our studio walls!

We do this by:

• Providing personal training in a group setting to build lean muscle, burn fat, and receive form correction from your coach.
