Purveyor of handcrafted and artisanal sweets including premium chocolates, gourmet marshmallows, European macarons, vegan confections, Middle Eastern desserts and more...

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The desire to offer customers premium confections that are both aesthetically appealing as well as made from real ingredients that use little or no artificial colors or preservatives as well as to meet specific dietary demands such as vegan, nut free, dairy free, soy free and gluten free options

What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I am very selective about the confections that I carry. I am proud to offer sweets that I can feel good about and that I can actually give to my kids. I also love getting feedback from customers and bringing in new products based on their requests.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction has been from customers who tried our higher end chocolates (many of which are not carried by retailers in Orange County or even in CA) and come back to say, "I'm no longer buying any other chocolate except from you." Sure enough, they come back weekly to get their "sugar rush"!
