Did not come for the appointment, and took a long time to answer the phone call to them. Then they were a half hour late for the rescheduled appointment, and didn't call.

I was not impressed. They used some machine to wash the outside of the windows. I was left with water marks that I was told were because I have "hard water". I have never seen a professional window washer use this machine. Every window washer I've used uses a squeegie (sp?). They also tried to "upsell" me. I did not appreciate this. I bought a groupon for a specific item. I did not want to purchase anything else and after seeing their services, I'm glad I did not purchase anything additional. Sorry but I guess, you get what you pay for!
