It was MJ that did such a nice haircut and style. She took her time and my hair is so soft and cute. The color is perfect and she was careful to listen to my requests

I expected the Olapex treatment to cover my entire head. It was mixed in with the hair color, which was only applied to the roots. I would expect the service to include a blow dry but was charged extra for that too. The color matched very closely to the rest of my hair. However, the gray wasn't exactly covered due to the color not taking to my hair. Rather unusual. Plus she put me under a dryer which you should never do to speed up the coloring process. Although Christy seemed nice, I was disappointed in the service and the nickel and diming for services that are customarily included in color services at other salons.
