My car got pushed through in two hours, missing minor details for the exterior cleaning all around. Much double talk. Even though the Groupon deal text specifically included leather conditioning, I was told to pay $40 extra if I wanted it. The out of pocket price was higher than the Groupon deal by a good 15%. Folks there were courteous, and the car is cleaner for going. I just felt the value was not high enough to recommend to anybody.

I went to Mark's Auto Detail because I'd been watching for a detailing groupon. My car desperately needed it. Unfortunately, I forgot about my groupon and called to make an appointment only few days before it would have expired. When I called they were all booked up until after my deal expired and I thought I was going to just have to suck it up. To my surprise, he honored the Groupon and I was able to get my car worked on. I was so pleasantly surprised that I would go out of my way to go back there just because of that. They did a great job- thank you/

I actually thought I bought for Derek's detail but realized I accidentally bought at marks. Not impressed at all with quality for even the groupon price. Will never go back.

The experience was really poor. After leaving my car there for the better part of the day it still had grime streaks and bird poop on it! Although Daniel, the front desk guy, agreed that it wasn't done properly and offered a "do-over" I am very reluctant to return there. Groupon refunded my cost in Groupon bucks.
