Cheated out of my money. Stay away from this "deal" and Moving & Storage Services Inc.! 1) They cancelled my original Saturday moving date on Friday evening because they "forgot" their trucks were being inspected. 2) They rescheduled a SECOND appointment for Monday between 3-5pm, ignored my calls trying to find out their ETA for an hour and a half, then called at 4:45 to claim that the truck had broken down. 3) When I called to cancel the THIRD scheduled move, they refused to let me cancel saying the truck was already on its way - even though that appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm and it was still 11am. They were very high pressure, EXTREMELY shady, and refused to cancel or honor a refund. When you look closely, this isn't even a special deal. It's $140 to purchase, but says $280 for 2 hours of service - which is a standard rate. I have no doubt they were going to get my furniture in their truck, then deliberately extend the time of the move to get more money out of me. Also Groupon was ABSOLUTELY NOT HELPFUL in obtaining a refund and they will be receiving some contact from my attorney. This "deal" and this company will probably show up again under a different name.
