Horrible. My Groupon was NOT honored completely! When I asked the receptionist to check with the manager to see if I could get a credit or gift certificate for the portion of the service I did NOT receive. I was told, “ he said it’s a third party issue, you need to contact Groupon,” I said “but you took the complete portion of my money. “ I was told “ I’m sorry I can’t do anything for you!

Sorry you felt that way. You purchased a Groupon for facial and full face wax. If you choose not to get the wax service you should have purchased only the facial Groupon. You could have contacted Groupon indicating you bought the wrong Groupon and they would have corrected it. We cannot adjust the Groupon incorrectly bought, it’s a 3rd party vendor. Hope that helps you better understand. thank you.
