About Florida Training Academy

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Florida Training Academy has been providing affordable training classes and certification since 2008. We are an American Heart Association training site with locations in Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida. Visit us online at www.fltraining.com for class schedules.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Please bring your current American Heart Association certification card (for renewals only) and your current student manual for CPR or BLS. Please note that student manuals are not included. Students can purchase manuals on the day of class for an additional fee of $20.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Florida Training Academy is owned by a local Registered Nurse who started the business after seeing a need for fast and affordable certification classes. Our students are from all backgrounds, socio-economic groups and professions. It has been our honor to serve and train our community.

What do you love most about your job?
Empowering and educating others to learn basic caregiving and life-saving skills.
