for the Groupon price to see the lights at night it was worth it. but if I had paid full price to see the lights I might have been disappointed. the only animals we saw were flamingos. I would definitely go back to the zoo during the regular day but I'll skip the nights at light next year .

The groupon was super easy to use at the zoo - they scanned one at a time with no issues.
The zoo lights itself was a little less dazzling than I expected. It was nice to get out and about with the little kids, but the lights were mostly the figures made of lights: snowmen, animals, etc. and not really anything extravagant. I was most disappointed with the train ride, just more of the same little light figures. It was nice, but I don't think I will go next year.
