The Front desk was under staffed however, the associate was friendly and courteous. He explained what was not covered with my Groupon before putting my car on the Lyft. Midas also pointed out some maintenance on my vehicle that needs attention. When I left the store my engine was sounding off. I promptly took it back and the air filter cover had not been secured properly.

I have the carpeted cover under my car for the engine covering. They did my oil change and either broke the clips that hold it up or just didn't put them back in at all. It started dragging the road and got all torn up. Their idea of "fixing" it for me is putting in some zip ties! Fixing it is having it leave the same way it came in. Not what they did. Never again will I go there
