I bought the Groupon accidentally chose used thinking I had to do that to set up an appointment and I’ve been trying for a week and a half to get my money back. Once I bought it they said they could not accommodate me on the date so I’ve spent 300 some dollars and I can’t get it back through Groupon or through the service saying I did not use the Groupon

2 ladies spent an hour and 15 min to clean and did a phenomenal job at cleaning but my complaint is that for the total of a little over an hour, 1 lady spent the entire time cleaning one area of my house which was the kitchen , ( my kitchen isn’t big and it was that dirty at all) and another lady spent that time cleaning only the masters bedroom. That’s it.. they could have used the time better.
