Patrick and his staff inspected my car thoroughly and after changing my oil, showed me the damage to my serpentine belt. They ordered it and replaced it same day. They even pulled out a dent from the plastic undercarriage cover. This was from a previous incident where I was rear-ended. They did that at no charge. So professional and thorough.
