Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to redeem my Groupons for the UTV excursion. The owner, Chris, had issues with redeeming them on his end. So, he suggested we come out anyway and pay in cash. We followed his directions, came out on April 6, 2025, and paid in cash. I recently looked at my outstanding Groupon credits and saw the Groupons were redeemed by Chris without my authorization! He already received a cash payment from me. I have never experienced this type of crooked customer service in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM SAN DIEGO DUNE TOURS at 6 W Evan Hewes Hwy, Ocotillo, CA 92259.

BIG CON ARTIST do not go to this guy he ripped me and several other people off read the reviews on all platforms! PLEASE save your money and go to somebody reputable. He also treats others like they’re beneath him including his staff. See pictures
