What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our studio is clean and Mbta accessible. I pay attention to each client. I push my clients and inspire them to do more for themselves. I walk in my truth! I have been working in the fitness and dance world for over 23 years. I do this because I love it & want to help people live their best lives.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep clients motivated with great music, lots of energy, a smile, humor and individual attention. I give modifications for exercises and pay attention to injuries. I realize that everyone is different and may have different goals but everyone wants to be healthy and live longer lives.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this organization, initially, to fight childhood obesity. Many young people were suffering from depression from being bullied about their weight and I wanted to help them. I then realized adults needed the same help. I want People to learn how to love themselves before loving others.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making people feel amazing. I love helping people accomplish a goal and stick to it. I love helping people realize they are powerful beyond measure! I love it all!
