About Truth in Motion Yoga

Irina Walton has benefitted from yoga throughout her life. As a 5-year-old, she suffered from asthma, which was only alleviated by the lengthening stretches and deep, mindful breathing of yoga. As a young adult, her practice helped Irina connect her mind and body. In an effort to share these benefits, she founded Truth in Motion Yoga.

Our second brand new location in Braselton is offering classes for the practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced. There is something for everyone here! '

Great instructors but you have to sign up 60 or more minutes before class. Is a time frame to do it if you do not do it right or on time you can’t get in the class.

Hi, Silvia. Yes, the policy has been introduced during COVID. Studio teachers have to drive to the studio to teach a class, so we are asking our practitioners to be mindful of that fact and sign up/cancel their reservations no later than one hour prior. It allows studio teachers to avoid unnecessary drive and exposure if nobody is signed up for a class. It is a temporary measure. When things get back to normal this policy will no longer apply. This is a terrific yoga studio and Irina is very focused on providing great service and a terrific experience for everyone! The instructors are highly skilled and inviting; I hope to do yoga here for a long time! Highly recommend!
