What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Technician is trained and certified with the SPCP as well as AAM and attends a minimum of 45 hours of continuing education credit courses each year. Bonnie is also a licensed Cosmetologist in NY and ME but specializes in permanent cosmetics in Central NY as well as western MA , Windham ME and WY

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There are very few certified permanent cosmetic technicians in the US so I decided to train and get certified as I am artistic and have a lot of beauty and fashion background. I got my brows tattooed in 2006 (because I lost my tail hairs) and absolutely love the results. I love what I do for work!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping women with their eyebrow losses, loss of color in the faces and especially breast cancer survivors who have gone through reconstruction and need 3- dimensional nipple tattoo on the areola.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I most often am told "This is the BEST thing I have ever done for myself in my life"!
