The Groupon appears more generous than it actually is. When I prices out a pair of glasses they quioted me at $160. When I presented my groupon they said they would have to use retail prices and I would need to pay an additional $85. All in all I save about $30, not $125 as the groupon leads you to believe.

This Groupon is a rip off. I would have received a bigger discount by presenting my AARP card (30% I believe) or AAA card (20% discount). Instead I paid for the Groupon ($50 or $60) to receive $175 off on my glasses and frames. I could have saved an additional $60+ by NOT buying the Groupon.
