My trainer was Sammy and she was wonderful - professional, encouraging, and accommodating (although she doesn't usually train outside, she did for me per my request due to COVID considerations). She did a lot of research between sessions to work with some of my challenges and varied the workouts each time. Would highly recommend her services to others.
