Don't waste your money. I stuck with the program for 3 months with the raspberry ketones and the tea and it did not make a significant difference.

Green tea Hawaii was supposed to help with weight loss but it didn't. I ate a balanced healthy diet under 1500 calories per day and I went on the elliptical for 30 minutes / day and still no results.
