About Snorkel Big Island

Snorkel Big Island is a sister company of Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours. Family-run and privately owned. We take out of Honokohau Small Boat Harbor for both morning and evening tours. We offer smaller groups of 6 for a more personal and private experience. The morning snorkel tours head to Kealakekua Bay and the evening tours may include manta ray viewings.

Small boat without much for interaction with passengers. Did not see whales, snorkeling was pretty good.

It was fantastic! They provided all the gear needed, including a wetsuit. They ran on time, were kind and informative, and we saw a ton of Manga Rays, and one shark! Would recommend them… and would totally do this again!

A very unique experience! Must try when you in the big island. It’s the most exciting snorkelling experience I’ve ever had. The captain and the crew member are super informative and friendly. The whole trip took about 2.5hr. Make sure you bring a waterproof camera with you! Highly recommend!
