About El Inka Peruvian Restaurant

After weeks of making the long trip to Chicago in order to buy Peruvian chicken, Erin and Silvia Kane decided that enough was enough: it was time to cook their own. So, they opened El Inka Peruvian Restaurant. Now an outpost of South American cuisine in Kalamazoo, the restaurant specializes in such staples as rice, potatoes, ceviche, and distinctive spices. The escabeche de pollo, for example, combines marinated chicken with bell peppers and onions, and is served over sweet potatoes and white rice.

Food can be spicy, but it is delicious. They can take the Groupon electronically if you forget your printed version, too.
