The staff was very helpful

This was bad experience from a nationally visible company. The ordering process was not completed to our satisfaction, as after picking up the order, the Groupon was supposely expired, and additional cost was needed to complete the order. Food was not what was ordered after getting home. Called and talked to manager and even he was confused on what we were trying to communicate. We will not be using Groupon for food orders ,due to the fact and we will not patronize Jets Pizza again. Do they realize what corporate goodwill they loose, plus the fact that everyone we tell , word of mouth about the bad experience , the business they might loose if people go else were to fill thier Pizza orders.
