The staff members of privately-owned SWAT Fitness Club present a wide range of over 60 Les Mills fitness classes each week. They curate a selection of the nationally prominent program's sessions that includes CXWorks & RPM, Body Pump, Body Attack, and Body Flow. The latter involves a confluence of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates. They also offer Pilates, SilverSneakers, and YogaStretch classes. In addition to this diverse buffet, SWAT's team promotes health in a 26,000 sq. ft. space with cardio equipment, which includes Stairmasters, Cybex ARC Trainers, stationary bikes, treadmills, and a cardio theater, where you just watch that scene from Forrest Gump and get fit. Certified fitness experts comprise the staff, and their beats cover the facility's various areas for free weights, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines. The club’s amenities—the café and childcare center—augment the classes and workout equipment. Locker rooms are the cherry on top, featuring steam rooms and complimentary toiletries.
