Company very hesitantly rescheduled and charged a hefty fee (equal to 1/3 of the Groupon cost), and ended up charging more to my credit card than we discussed/agreed on. Holiday lights tour was uneventful and we saw very few displays; limo windows fogged about halfway into the tour and made the remainder of the tour frustrating to try and view light displays. I wouldn't use this company again, although... the company representative I spoke to indicated they wouldn't be in business in 2013 anyway, hence the extreme difficulty rescheduling... I was told I only had 2 rescheduling options because they wouldn't be in business after Jan 2.
