Mike was extremely pleasant and helpful as I was having trouble on the Groupon app. He had our tour scheduled quickly and just what we wanted.

You must of just caught Mike on a good day. We usually say he is not that nice. Im joking. Mike deals with all the incoming calls and e mails, if you could only imagine the volume for these light tours. Its crazy, but he pushes through. I'll be sure to give him the feedback.
