Awesome cut looking forward to returning

I was really happy with how my hair turned out, however I wasn't very impressed with the service. I consider getting my hair done as "me time" or time for a little pampering for myself. I was disappointed to learn as soon as it was time to foil my hair that I had to work in the process by preparing each foil for the hair dresser. There was also a couple of times where the stylist was interrupted and had to check a couple people out, which wasn't a big deal, but it did make for part of my experience. Lastly, what I love most about getting my hair done is the blow dry and style. After conditioning my hair and a very light blow dry she let me walk out of the salon with a wet head of hair. I felt as though they were rushing me out of the salon and didn't quite complete the job. Last salon who did that to me lost my business and typically I'm easy to please! I did appreciate her knowledge of hair and hair care in general. I feel like this would have been my go to place had they treated me more like a valued customer and potential future client.

Julie was amazing to work with She took the time to ask me how I wanted my hair, and gave me her opinion on what would look good I ultimately went with what she wanted to do and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! She took off five inches and my hair looks so much healthier, has a ton of style and I have already gotten a couple of compliments on it I will definitely be back!!!
