They never honored my Groupon! Nor were they able to be contacted. This was a waste of my money. Didn't get a refund either. I will never buy from their site again!

They stated that they no longer worked with Groupon therefore I did not get to take the class. Mr Moncherry informed that I was due a refund

Why would that be a negative...you were informed that Groupon would either refund/credit you for your purchase since we no longer have a working relationship with them?!?

The class was very easy and helpful But I never received my certificate from and went back and forth with them about and the end result was they was going to refund my money back through Groupon and I never received any money back I would highly think twice when using things like this ...I was told I would get my certificate in 10-15 and still never got i was very upset because this was myself

When you send a rude email we have a ZERO tolerance policy and will always choose to contact Groupon to refund/credit (based on their policy) versus have our name associated with a person who lacks the ability to not be rude. You are more than capable of contacting GROUPON regarding refund/credit issues (if they have not processed things for you) if you have the time and ability to post a negative review. Regards.
