The driver was nice but the problem was he did not have a permit to park at the airport so I had to wait for him as he drove around.

My service was great, I did have other passengers complaining about them for being late. I did not experience this. I think management needs to schedule better.

Retail value was misrepresented by $100 thus affecting tip that was charged to my credit card. Driver was late. Expected tour of plaza but only drove past and spent majority of time in surrounding neighborhoods.

Horrible services, hidden cost, declined any type of refund, limo had no heat, no working radio, driver was no help and was talking on his cell phone the entire time, left the back windows down to decrease the fog (which did not work) Raines in the window, freezing cold, could not see the Plaza lights at all due to the fogged up windows, driver dis not tell agenda or where we were at, refused to let the party stop to use the restroom, did not get out of the limo, open the door, or speak when we asked to drop off back at our vehicle due to all of the above. Horrible service, too much money for non functioning limo, no customer service. Groupon have Groupon bucks to make up for their part, limo service would NOT refund.
