Had bugs in the bakery display s. Dirty filthy place. Mexican food gave me violent diarrhea.

El Paso Del Norte has some of the most delicious pork tamales in all of KC. Their basic red version was quite flavorful without being overly spicy, which is great for anyone who loves tamales but can't deal with much fire. That doesn't describe me so I favored the verde version. The heat in this one doesn't overwhelm the other flavor components, making for one very stellar tamale. We will return for more in the very near future, no doubt.
