Out of the way location in Westport and it was hard to locate the suite . The restrooms and offices all have lock pads which does not engender feelings of safety or ease. I have had many massages and I did not feel the masseur was very skilled...strong yes, skilled no. At the start, he used way too much pressure at the temples and stayed there and the head too long. That initial soothing settling relaxing portion is a no brainer. Even if you like firm pressure, which I do, that is not for the most tender spots in the settling in process. It was not relaxing at all. Plus, it felt like a rip-off since it is advertised as a $125 value because of the "add-ons" of hot towels and aromatherapy. No hot towels since it was a hot day out and the aromatherapy was wafting his hands a few times in front of my face with essential oil on them. Brought up before we started that the Groupon doesn't include gratuity and afterward that I could get the same massage directly through him for $65...listed at $110 on website. Will not be back and wouldn't recommend.

The location is a little odd and you may be the only person in the office, which feels a little strange if you are stripping down to your towel. However, the guy is really good and worked with just the right pressure and consistency. I'd definitely go back.

The masseuse loudly chomped on gum the whole time. It was gross. Very unrelaxing.

Lovely, relaxing experience. Be careful if you ask for moderate pressure - err on the side of light pressure and ask for more pressure if desired.
