I went for a mani-pedi, something that I normally get done in about 1.5 hrs. I told her that I needed to be out by a specific time. Her response was "yes" but it took her over an hour just to do my nails. The groupon was for mani-pedi, needless to say no pedi. Her response was "I took time on your nails so it would come out right" That would be great if it was so, but it wasn't. She only removed top part of my cuticle and not the sides, only did one layer of color (so the white french tip had an even color) on top of that, the lines were uneven and crooked. All the salon manger/ower said at first was "I've already redeemed it, contact groupon."

I liked that the waiting area was separate from the work area. It seemed more professional.

There were no other customers in the salon but I waited about 10 min after I checked in and then went and found another employee and asked in the threading person was busy with someone else. They pointed to a woman who was standing in the office talking to the one who checked me in. I told them I had a doctor appt and needed to get going. She took me to the chair, wasn't very friendly and didnt do that great of a job. The lighting was poor and she missed a bunch of hairs.

I enjoyed my service, however, if they were ever busy, the nails, pedicure, and hair stations are so close to each other I feel this would not be a relaxing experience. The music would best be played at a lower volume.
