The holiday picture season is over for outdoor pictures. If you do book next year, be mindful of the temperature. Our appointment was cancelled within 10 minutes of our scheduled time. We were promised a refund, but never received one. We were given some additional prints for our OTHER indoor session. I would not recommend the outdoor based on the lack of professionalism and timing of the cancellation. Cancelling within 10 minutes is unacceptable, as I was told the photographer would normally arrive 30 minutes prior. So they never had any intention on coming and waited until the last moment to advise us of this.

Photographer was inexperienced or just didn't care. Studio personnel were deceiving about fees for purchasing additional photos.

This was such a great deal! My friend and I had such a good time taking silly Christmas photos! Our photographer Trevor was the best!

I use Jcpenny Groupon every year because I loved the photos. I guess my regular photographers quit and the New Photographers did not seem to care about the quality of the photos at all!!! Came out horrible I hate them. Very disappointing
