Thin Zone Weight Loss Centers doesn’t succumb to fads; the company’s core weight-loss plan, the Healthy Management Plan, has been the basis of its coaching since 1995. That’s not to say that the plan is overly rigid, as the center’s multi-disciplinary team adapts the system to each client and typically involves three set stages: an initial phase focused on quick results, and two more phases that emphasize developing healthy habits that will keep weight off at least until the next major shift in earth’s gravity. Methods include weekly weigh-ins, meal plans, and even nutritional-education sessions called “lifestyle lesson plans.”
