Evolve Yoga Studio, Keego Harbor

During group and private yoga classes at Evolve Yoga, students are encouraged to center their minds with each pose, as the light from paper lamps dances across the hardwood floors in the 75- to 90-degree studio. Rising through the broad range of classes, from introductory to expert levels, students evolve in their practice. Pupils learn from experienced teachers who use the flow of oxygen to bind bends, balances, and inversions during all-levels Vinyasa routines and athletic Power Vinyasa sessions. Students can release tension with low sighs in Hatha sessions, which relax the body with gentle stretches, dim lighting, and tranquil music.
