Sugaring is not pain free, so might wish to take some OTC pain meds before having anything done. Never had sugaring done before this, but certain can see the advantages over waxing and other hair removal choices. Hair must be long enough to pull out, so certainly don't want to shave beforehand.

Take Advil before you go. Very painful, but worth it! I will be returning next month.
