Cynthia is fantastic! She addressed all my concerns, is very flexible with my schedule and my skin type. Having sensitive skin and light hair, laser was not an option for me so she created a custom electrolysis plan for my needs. She is highly skilled and highly knowledgeable about hair and skin health. Highly recommend if you are looking for a permanent solution to remove hair in Kelowna.

Cynthia was very personable, however, missed a lot of dark hairs in the area I asked her to clear. Also, her hygiene practices were questionable, made me uncomfortable.

Cynthia is amazing... Knowledgeable, clean & hygienic. It is pain free, and she is so friendly, super sweet 💯🫶 I would absolutely recommend her and I will definitely be back ... In a week , for my next appt.. she was that great!!
