pretty sure they took my vehicle to go get their breakfast while I parked it there for the day to get my tires changed. I wouldnt' go back. they made me pay taxes when i went to pick it up (i thought it was already covered when you purchased the groupon) it was only $6. that and the fact that I came across thier list for breakfast pick up from White Spot will prevent me from going back.

Horrible customer service. Try to take advantage of customers, especially females. Pushy and try to forcefully upsell unnecessary services. Rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and drove away feeling angry, irritated and offended. Will never go back.

Jiffy Lube offers really outstanding customer service. I went in for a winter tire changeover and the technician cleaned the rims, not an easy task since the place that had put them on had obviously not done so and there was a lot of accumulated dirt. The owner was there and greeted me warmly. It was just a pleasant experience at a very competitive price and I highly recommend them.
