Got one treatment and then shop has been closed. No answer to my phone message left. Went down in person and shop has note on door since June 20 approx. It is now Aug and still no reply...Feeling ripped off!

Jason Ackerman had repeatedly given me reasons for canceling my appointments. Started with bereavement and then continuous equipment failure. Last session he didn't even contact me to tell me the he was having breaker box issues and I waisted my time driving all the way done to find a note on the door. Can't get lower then feeding off people with low self esteem. Groupon also was 0 help in the matter. Buyer be aware and read all reviews on the company your looking to purchase from! Groupon reviews were positive so I bought in but when I looked at the Google reviews the truth was apparent!

Won't go back. Confusing layout/Wasn't very clean. Unprofessional. The guy forgot about me and I waited over 15 minutes until I decided to get the lasers off myself and see if I could find the guy. No other staff was there. He made some lame excuse as to why he forgot about me. I felt uncomfortable and didn't finish the full treatment. I have another Groupon that I will not use. I'll never go back
