Hospitality includes preparing a room. Preparing a room includes cleaning it, putting clean sheets on the bed properly, wiping down the table, taking out the trash, leaving coffee and condiments, things like that. It also includes a quiet night -- not a very loud intoxicated woman making noise.

clean the poop off the walk ways, get rid of mice in room so people don't have to change rooms, have staff on SITE - not in class an hour away who don't call you back or call yo back 2 hours later - very very very disappointed

Room was a little ghetto, but tub , champagne and breakfast were nice. People that ran the lodge awardee really nice too.Do not stay if you're looking for luxury.
