I was initially told it would be $15 extra for my longer hair. Halfway through I was told it would actually be $30 extra. I ended up paying more than double the amount paid for the groupon. I felt very taken advantage of and I will not be returning.

I was charged an additional ten dollars for "styling" which I thought was a rip-off.

I had Alycia! She did an amazing job! My color turned out exactly how I wanted it to and she cut my hair perfectly!

The groupon said haircut and conditioning treatment take approximately 20 minutes each. I had a groupon for my daughter and myself. We walked in at 4:35 and walked out at 5:05. The conditioning treatment was us staying at the sink with our head in back in the sink, uncomfortably, for 5 minutes. I had to re-wash my hair later that night because she didnt rinse it out well. She also told us it would be an extra $10 to blow dry and style our hair. So that means it normally costs $35 to have your hair cut and styled? at a place where they are allowed to wear victoria secrets hoodies as a uniform. Classy. I was very disappointed with our whole experience and will be contacting the owner.
