About World Skydiving Center
It may seem difficult to pause and enjoy the view while you're hurtling through the air in a 120-mile-per-hour free fall, but for World Skydiving Center visitors, it's worth it. That's because they get to experience this thrill in Kenosha, WI, where they enjoy the sight of Chicago, Milwaukee, and Lake Michigan. After jumping in tandem with an experienced diver, individuals can take home a video of their gravity-defying feat.

They cancelled their first dive with me and now when I try to reschedule I can't get a hold of anyone and they only have a website for their Jacksonville Florida location. I live in Chicago hence why I chose Kenosha WI. When I tried contacting them for s refund I can only get a response via email. I spent $289 with Groupon who was kind enough to refund my fully to my bank account.. I also spent an additional $144.90 for pictures and videos which I'll have to work with my Banks claims department. If you want to waste your time calling them, Groupon and your Bank then purchase these. If you want to actually Skydive go somewhere else.

We scheduled so many times for our jump. Each time it was cancelled. I realize it has to be safe for everyone. Weather can't be predicted. I was still very disappointed time and time again. I guess it would be better to do this on the spur of the moment.
I've heard that scheduling a balloon ride has the same issue. So I wouldn't do that either.
Good Luck if you have a jump scheduled.
