We have been there before but this particular time the food wasn't as good as it has been in the past. They had a new cook and the sandwich was not like it was described on the menu. They made no attempt to fix it and said that they had run out of the missing items. No apology. No discount. We probably will not return

The service at Gonzo's was welcoming and very nice. The standout menu item was the chili. They make their chili from scratch and it is the best chili I have tasted to date. No other place comes close. I will be back for more.
